JMS Trading Ltd (BCXPro) operates a licensed Over-The-Counter (OTC) crypto trading desk, providing high-volume digital asset conversion. Our services encompass both On-Ramp (fiat-to-crypto) and Off-ramp (crypto-to-fiat) transactions, ensuring efficient and secure execution.
1. OTC Desk Services
On-Ramp (Fiat to Crypto)
Clients send fiat via bank transfer and receive the equivalent cryptocurrency into their wallet.
Off-Ramp (Crypto to Fiat)
Clients send crypto to our OTC wallet and receive fiat via bank transfer to their nominated bank account.

3. Pricing and Fee Structure
Our OTC desk operates on a quote-based pricing model, ensuring transparency and fairness. All fees are incorporated into the quote provided to the client prior to trade execution.
Spread Fee
A spread is applied between the market (spot) price and the price quoted to the client, reflecting our service margin. This fee considers factors such as:
- Asset liquidity
- Market volatility
- Trade size and historical volume
- Time of trade execution
Typical Spread Range: 0.01% to 2%
Network (Blockchain) Fees
Applied when transferring crypto on-chain. Included in the quoted spread (not charged separately).
Bank Transfer Fees
Standard banking fees may apply for fiat transfers (e.g., SWIFT, SEPA). Included in the quoted spread (no extra charge).
4. Transparency
Each quote is clearly communicated and must be accepted by the client before execution. The agreed quote includes all applicable fees.
